After determining whether a given waste is regulated by RCRA, the next step is to decide whether or not the waste material fits the RCRA definition as a "solid waste" to be sure that it's excluded from RCRA regulations. What are those exclusions? This course is intended primarily for environmental, civil, and chemical engineers interesting in gaining knowledge about wastes specifically excluded from RCRA regulations.
