Mr. Irwin Weinbaum

Irwin’s Civil Engineering experience combines senior management positions as Contractor, Public Owner and Consultant. From these three perspectives he watched the knowledge gap between designer, owner and contractor grow, at a time when projects have become more complex and construction skills are the very key to success. Irwin created a basic Infrastructure Projects Course designed to close the gap by providing every member of the project team with fundamentals of the construction process essential to assure successful outcomes.
