This class begins with an overview of public/private partnerships developing major projects in New York City. The class continues with high rise residential towers constructed with concrete frames. To study the organization and effectiveness of public/private partnerships. To understand the planning and construction details of high-rise residential towers constructed with concrete frames and the special equipment used to facilitate this construction.
