Design surface drainage, underground drainage systems, stormwater management facilities, and erosion and sediment control in accordance with the applicable requirements of the local regulatory authority. Time of concentration must be calculated using the TR-55 method or as approved the TR-55 Curve Number method. The Rational Method may also be used for drainage areas smaller than 200 acres. Regional IDF curves are available in most state or local regulatory agency drainage manuals or from NOAA.
