Description

Design surface drainage, underground drainage systems, stormwater management facilities, and erosion and sediment control in accordance with the criteria noted in this UFC, UFC 3-210-10, HDS-5, state drainage manual, or the local regulatory agency with jurisdiction over the Installation; whichever is more stringent. Ensure that the storm water runoff does not adversely affect surrounding sites. Submit calculations and document the governing criteria used. For additional design guidance, consult Best Practices documents, as indicated and manufacturer’s data.
