Description
Carriers’ Technical Development Program is a review of basic engineering principals and system applications in the HVAC industry. The topics to be covered include: Rooftop Units Level I – Constant Volume, Rooftop Units Level II – VAV Rooftops, Commercial Split Systems, Central Station Air Handlers, Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Psychrometrics, Load Estimating, Duct Design, Water Piping Design, Refrigeration Piping Design, and Refrigeration Cycle. This course will examine the way commercial duct design creates an airflow conduit for interconnecting an air handler, VAV and CV terminals, and room air distribution devices as a means of delivering conditioned air to the occupants of a building.
