Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers mission includes the provision of civil works, military construction, environmental restoration, and support to other agencies such as the Department of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Energy. This course describes Corps policies and procedures for the procurement of A-E services and how A-E firms can compete for Corps contracts.
This course is based on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers document EP 715-1-4, “Competing for Architect-Engineer Contracts Awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,” September, 2004.
