Ms. Huang, PE, is a graduate of Duke University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She began her engineering career in Maryland as a staff engineer, working primarily in NPDES stormwater permitting, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), and environmental engineering design. After obtaining her Master of Engineering degree from MIT, Ms. Huang has been working in remedial engineering in Boston. Her recent experience includes inspecting electrical substations and switching stations throughout the state of New Jersey, and updating Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. Additionally, she has worked on remediation design for former manufactured gas (MGP) plant sites in New York.
